This website describes software that AXFINTECH licenses to businesses. Nothing on it is an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, to open a trading account, or to use any investment service.
We are a technology provider
AXFINTECH is not a broker, exchange, payment institution or investment firm. We do not hold client money, execute trades or provide financial advice. Where our software is used by a licensed operator, that operator — not AXFINTECH — is responsible for its regulatory permissions, its client relationships and its obligations to those clients.
No warranty on content
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it stands. Product descriptions are summaries, not specifications; the capabilities delivered to any operator are those set out in that operator’s written agreement with us. We may change the site, our products or our pricing at any time without notice.

Where a tier is described as priced on request, no price is being offered. A binding figure is only the one given to you in a written quote.
Intellectual property
The AXFINTECH name, our marks, the text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy the design or content into another product or service, scrape the site systematically, or present our material as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, interfere with its availability, or use its forms to submit unlawful, misleading or malicious content.
