No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your visit, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts and assets

Typefaces and all other assets are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no request to Google, a CDN or any other third party while loading this site.

The enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry or job application, the details you type are sent to our server and stored in our database so we can respond. We record what you enter — your name, company, email address, telephone number, operating jurisdiction, the platform you selected and your message — together with the page you submitted from, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are kept for security and abuse prevention, not for marketing.

A notification of your enquiry is emailed to the relevant AXFINTECH inbox. We do not pass it to anyone else.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where a contract is under discussion, steps taken before entering into that contract. For job applications, the basis is our legitimate interest in assessing candidates and taking pre-contractual steps towards employment.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Applications for a role are kept for the duration of that hiring process; if you asked us to keep your details on file, we keep them for twelve months and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs — IP address, request time, requested page, response status and user-agent — which exist to keep the service secure and available. These are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our instructions (our hosting and email providers), or where we are legally required to.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to our processing, or provide it in a portable form. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@axfintech.io. You may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we add analytics, advertising or other processing to this site, we will update this notice before those changes go live.
