Are you a broker?
No. AXFINTECH is a technology provider. We license software to businesses; we do not hold client money, execute trades or provide financial advice. Regulatory permissions and client relationships stay with the operator.
Is the platform really white-label?
Yes. Your brand, your domain, your terms. There is no co-branding and no visible reference to us inside the product your clients use.
Can we license more than one platform?
Yes, and it is the common case. All five products sit on the same core, so a second platform reuses your existing identity, ledger and audit configuration.
Deployment

Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. We support deployment into your own cloud or data centre, under your control and your security review, with an agreed release and support process. The alternative is a managed instance we host in the region you choose.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on your integrations, jurisdictions and how much data has to be migrated. We give a written timeline after the scoping call rather than a number up front.

Which trading servers do you support?
MT4 and MT5 through their manager and web APIs, plus in-house matching engines and simulated environments for staging and demos.
Which payment providers can you connect?
Card acquirers, bank transfer rails, regional wallets and crypto processors. Each one sits behind a single internal payment interface, so adding another does not change the rest of the system.

What does support cover?
Incidents, configuration changes, integration questions and release coordination, through support@axfintech.io. Response commitments depend on your agreement; extended-hours and named-contact options are available.

How is our data isolated from other operators?
Each operator runs in its own tenant boundary. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, secrets are held outside the application, and elevated staff actions are logged and time-boxed.
